Every Volcano Family project is delivered directly after PayPal confirms the payment. One complete-project download button appears on the same page where checkout was completed—no account or member login is required.

1. Complete checkout

Choose a project and finish the secure PayPal checkout. The site verifies the project, amount, currency, and completed payment before releasing any files.

2. Download the complete project

After confirmation, one download button appears for the complete project ZIP. It contains every included song and the project artwork in a single package. Download it before leaving the page; for security, the private link expires after 15 minutes.

3. Open the ZIP

On a Mac, double-click the ZIP in Downloads. On Windows, right-click it and choose Extract All. The extracted project folder contains the music and artwork. Opening the ZIP does not reduce or change the audio quality.

4. Save a personal backup

Move the downloaded files into a permanent music folder and keep a second copy in cloud storage or on an external drive. Your purchase is licensed for your personal use and should not be redistributed.

If something goes wrong

If a link expires, a file is incomplete, or the wrong project appears, email Volcanofamilymusic@gmail.com. Include the purchaser’s name, PayPal transaction ID, project title, and a short description of the problem. We can verify the transaction and restore access.

Before contacting support

Check the browser’s Downloads folder, confirm that the device has enough available storage, and try the download from a desktop computer if a phone or tablet cannot open the ZIP. Never email payment passwords, card numbers, or banking credentials.
