Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of volcanofamily.com and purchases from Volcano Family Music Group and Love Hur Records. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Music and website content

All music, recordings, artwork, writing, logos, photographs, video, and website content are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Streaming access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, redistribute, sample, upload, resell, publicly perform, or create derivative works.

Digital purchases

A completed music purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and enjoy the purchased files for personal use. Beat purchases are governed by the selected beat-license agreement and the Digital Download & Refund Policy. Digital sales are final after access is provided except for the policy’s stated exceptions and rights that cannot legally be waived. Purchase links may expire for security. Buyers are responsible for downloading and safely backing up their files.

Sound-pack purchases are governed by the license shown before checkout and included inside the delivered ZIP. Unless that license says otherwise, purchasing a sound pack does not transfer ownership of its original loops, melodies, stems, or other source material.

Payments and delivery

Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Access to digital files is provided after payment confirmation. Do not share private download links. If delivery fails, contact us so we can verify the transaction and restore access.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, make fraudulent purchases, misuse download links, scrape protected content, or use the site in violation of law. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, its catalog, customers, or rights holders.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep streaming, checkout, and downloads available, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided as available, without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and contact
