Volcano Family Music Group and Love Hur Records respect your privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use volcanofamily.com and how it is handled.

Information we collect

When you join our mailing list, Mailchimp receives the email address you submit. When you apply for Volcano Family membership or request a strategy session, we store the information you provide so we can review your request, contact you, and coordinate the appropriate next steps. For beat purchases, we retain the legal name and email supplied at checkout, order and product details, agreement and policy versions, acceptance time, and limited technical evidence such as IP address and browser user agent to document electronic acceptance, prevent fraud, and administer the license. PayPal processes payment information and returns transaction details needed to confirm the order and deliver files. We do not receive or store your full card or bank-account number.

Google Analytics helps us understand visits, traffic sources, song and video play events, email signups, checkout starts, completed purchases, and download-link clicks. Our tag is configured with advertising storage and personalization disabled. Analytics may still receive limited technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, pages visited, and interactions.

How information is used

We use information to deliver purchases and free downloads, operate the mailing list, respond to inquiries, prevent fraud, improve the website, understand audience interest, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use PayPal for payments, Mailchimp for email subscriptions and automated messages, Google Analytics for measurement, and Cloudflare-based infrastructure for hosting and digital delivery. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe through the link in any marketing email. You may also use browser privacy controls or blocking tools to limit analytics. To request access, correction, or deletion of information we directly control, email Volcanofamilymusic@gmail.com. We may retain transaction records when required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
