Digital Download & Refund Policy

Please review this policy before purchasing. Our products are downloadable music, artwork, and related digital files delivered after payment confirmation.

Final sale

Because digital files cannot be returned after access is provided, all digital music, beat-license, trackout, and exclusive-rights purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed and file access is issued. Change of mind, accidental selection, dissatisfaction with creative preferences, software incompatibility, or failure to review an available preview or license does not qualify for a refund.

Limited exceptions

We will investigate duplicate charges, non-delivery, an incorrect product delivered, and corrupted, materially defective, or incomplete files that we cannot replace. We may replace files, restore access, correct a charge, or issue a refund where appropriate or required by law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

One-time non-exclusive beat exchange

A buyer may request one exchange within seven days for an MP3, WAV, or Trackouts non-exclusive beat license only if the licensed beat has not been released, distributed, registered, monetized, transferred, publicly performed, or otherwise commercially used. Approval cancels the original license, requires deletion of the original files, and provides store credit toward one available beat license of equal value. The buyer pays any difference for a higher-priced license. No cash balance or refund is issued. One exchange is allowed per order. Exclusive licenses are not exchangeable.

License upgrades

The verified amount paid for a non-exclusive license may be credited toward an available higher license for the same beat. The buyer pays the difference between tiers. An upgrade does not create a refund, cash balance, or credit toward a different beat and remains subject to availability and the upgraded agreement.

Requesting help

Email Volcanofamilymusic@gmail.com within seven days of purchase for an exchange request or promptly after discovering a delivery or billing problem. Include the purchaser’s name, PayPal transaction ID, project title, and a short description of the problem. Do not email card, bank, or account passwords.

Download responsibility

Download links are time-limited for security. Please download the files promptly and keep a personal backup. If a legitimate buyer misses the download window, we can restore access after confirming the transaction.
